- Bento Grid Both weeks compose many units of information inside one shared frame for opposite audiences: bento spends unequal cells ranking a glanceable hero surface; a dense table spends equal rows serving a working surface. Same grid discipline, opposite density budget.
- Hick's Interaction Law The command palette this week names, and the column-scan cost this week models, are both Hick's Law in disguise: more visible options, whether palette results or table columns, cost a real, log-scaled decision time before any reach begins.
